Registration & Warranty

To register your product, please fill out the Registration Form.

Both the Limited and Limited Lifetime Warranties cover defects in material and workmanship of the product. The warranties do not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, modification or normal wear and tear.

The Ventev Mobility toughglass Limited Lifetime Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

The toughglass screen protector is designed to give your device an extra safety measure to increase the screen’s resistance. If the toughglass cracks while protecting your device, it is covered under the product’s warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, please fill in the Warranty Request form.


Once a warranty request is submitted, an automated message will be sent to you with a case number. Please allow 7-10 business days for a replacement. If after 10 business days you have not heard from a Ventev Mobility representative or received your replacement, please send an email to productsupport@ventevmobility.com with your case number.

All orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.
Free standard shipping for all orders!
UPS 2-day is $19.95.
UPS Next Day is $24.95.
International shipping is available.

Due to lithium-based battery shipping restrictions, some products can only be shipped via ground shipping methods. If the final ship-to address cannot be shipped via a ground shipping method it is subject to cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases made from ventevmobility.com are fully refundable for 30 days from the initial date of purchase with the exception of any shipping and handling fees.

Product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories must be intact.
