Purchases made from ventevmobility.com are fully refundable for 30 days from the initial date of purchase with the exception of any shipping and handling fees.

Product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories must be intact.

For returns:

Ship the product, with your return authorization number written on the OUTSIDE of the shipping package to:

Customer assumes all shipping charges and any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility. Purchasing insurance on your return shipment is suggested as Ventev Mobility is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
