Customers are required to register their product within 30 days of purchase by filling out the product registration form or at clicking here or visit https://ventevmobility.com/pages/product-registration
Effective March 1, 2021, customers are responsible for the shipping and handling fee for all product replacements.When requesting a warranty replacement, proof of purchase is required. Without proof of purchase, Ventev Mobility is unable to process the warranty request. In some cases, the product being warranted needs to be returned prior to receiving a replacement product.

Ventev Mobility Limited Warranty (Domestic): One Year
Applies to the following product categories:
All Battery, and Wireless products, including but not limited to:
- Powercells/PD batteries
- essentials batteries
- essentials cables
- essentials dash chargers
- essentials wall chargersessentials wireless chargers
- dashmounts
- charginghubs
- powerdocks
- wireless chargestand
- wireless chargepad
- wireless chargepad+ wireless chargewrap mini

The Ventev Mobility Limited Warranty guarantees to the end user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship – and that if used in accordance with any accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified for one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, damages caused by accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is Ventev Mobility Innovations’ only warranty. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and purchaser’s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States and the product must have been purchased through an authorized dealer. If the product was purchased in the United States and then taken out of the country, the International Warranty will apply.
Ventev Mobility will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Ventev Mobility products. The Ventev Mobility Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.
Ventev Mobility Limited Lifetime Warranty (Domestic): Limited Lifetime Warranty
Applies to All Non-Battery, and Non-Wireless products, including but not limited to:
- wallports
- dashports
- chargesync cables
- auxiliary cables
- styluses
- anti-glare/anti-fingerprint screen protection
- Toughglass screen protection
The Ventev Mobility Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees to the end user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship – and that if used in accordance with any accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, damages caused by accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is Ventev Mobility Innovations’ only warranty. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and purchaser’s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States and the product must have been purchased through an authorized dealer. Toughglass
The Ventev Mobility toughglass Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees to the end user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship – and that if used in accordance with any accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified. This limited lifetime warranty covers the above mentioned toughglass products in the event of the product cracking, chipping, or shattering. This warranty does not cover toughglass products that have suffered through normal wear and tear. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and purchaser’s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States and the product must have been purchased through an authorized dealer. If the product was purchased in the United States and then taken out of the country, the International Warranty will apply.
If the toughglass model requested in the warranty claim is no longer available, the end user can choose one of two options:
(1) receive a glass screen protector made by another manufacturer of Ventev Mobility’s choosing
(2) choose one Ventev Mobility product with equal or lesser value than the toughglass in the claim
Ventev Mobility will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Ventev Mobility products. The Ventev Mobility toughglass Limited Lifetime Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

In order to receive warranty assistance outside of the United States, you must comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and you will be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges upon receipt of shipment.
