Difficult transaction and erroneous replacement

I contacted company for warranty replacement of 10 foot charging cord. After several contacts I was notified that I had to pay for shipping and handling to receive warranty replacement. Once I sent funds I WAS PROVIDED WITH A 6 FOOT CORD. I contavtrf company to receive thr 10 foot replacement. As of now, two weeks later, I haven’t received a new cord or any communication. I am still waiting to complete the transaction. Thank you.

Ventev charger

Worst warranty ever. I got my replacement and all they sent was the cord. I needed the charging block. Don’t buy this cheap expensive charger

They sent me the charger cord it was the block that needed to be replaced.

Warranty Replacement

Ok. But disappointed. I didn’t get the replacement for my IPhone 13 as requested or the same one I had before . I got a different wall charger and cord and it is for an android so the cord won’t work on my phone! Luckily I still had my cord.

Replacement cord for I Pad

Excellent. I sent a copy of the QR code and the receipt and the problem with original cord. Ten days later I received my new cord.
